In this case, the battle rages in the head of one person: Ticklah and Victor Axelrod are one and the same person. You might know him from co-producing Dub Side of the Moon. Or as the keyboardist for Antibalas. Or as a founding member of Sharon Jones and the Dap-Kings. Even if you know him, you've never heard a record like this before.
