It seems everyone's been missing the point. These are original remixes which are meant to echo Dilla's sound. Apparently this is not a mash up album like Danger Mouse's Grey Album. The artist makes a point of saying this on his myspace:

Write up about pet sounds in the key of dee on exclaim.ca is niice, and fully appreciated - BUT - it got one thing wrong:
